Over the years and just recently Julian has always delivered an efficient value for money service, whether when repairing Laptops, giving advice or assistance in purchasing a replacement Laptop. Great professional service on all computer related items and more.

Julian replaced screen on my grandson laptop which I am very pleased with as now doing home schooling due to C19 with gratitude julia.

Julian was great at quickly diagnosing the fault with a dead laptop and swapping the hard drive out into a replacement unit so that no data was lost whatsoever. Very impressed. Hopefully won't have to use JustInspired again (! ) but would definitely be at the top of my call list if I had computer problems again in the future.

Have used this company on a number of occasions and as always a professional job. On this last occasion the computer stopped working and could not boot. This was fixed without any problems.

I cannot thank Julian enough for his outstanding service. I had just returned from a year away travelling to find my 5,000+ photos inaccessible on my USB stick! Julian was very professional and helpful on the telephone, and put me at ease. He worked quickly and was able to retrieve my photos within a week. He even provided a new USB stick for the photos – all for a very fair price! (a different company quoted me over double his price, and they were nowhere near as helpful! ) If you need any computer services, I thoroughly recommend using this company.

Three days before I was to submit my doctoral thesis, my computer screen went black. Julian accepted my computer as a priority case, found and saved all my data (including all 100,000 words of my thesis), offered me a loaner laptop to finish the final details, and basically saved three years of hard work from missing the final deadline. He repaired the original computer, upon which I am typing this review, and did it all with a calmly competent manner which gave me confidence all would be well. I cannot speak highly enough of Just Inspired, and would recommend their services for any computer-related issues.

I have used just inspired before and I was not disappointed at this visit either. I needed a new keypad fitting and the left mouse key fixing and now my laptop is as good as new. In addition, it was noticed that the cooling system was blocked and Julian cleaned this at no extra charge - thank you.

Had a problem with a failing hard drive. Julian diagnosed the problem, fully backed up all my data and gave advice on repair options and potential upgrades to consider. I now have my 6 year old computer back and it's running quicker than it did when I bought it so it's like have a brand new computer for a fraction of the cost. Repair time was very reasonable for the work carried out and having the new parts delivered.

Julian has performed such a wonderful job on my computer - it runs faster, the junk is cleared and the repair report that came with it is detailed and concise, it offers explanation and advise that I find really valuable. Rare 17" screen replaced on a laptop 2 years ago and still in daily use. Approached him regarding replacement of the screen on another laptop very recently and he quoted a reasonable figure but also advised that it might be better to update and replace the complete unit. By being totally honest he lost out on service and repair charges. I would whole heartily recommend the services of Justinspired.

We had a problem with our laptop, it was not loading correctly. We took it to Julian and he sorted the problem, cleaned it up and put a good antivirus on it. Our laptop was back with us the next day. Julian is fast, reliable, and his rates are excellent. If we have any problems again will we certainly turn to Julian, we would recommend him to everyone who has any computer problems.

I had a memory upgrade and general repairs to a PC Tower. Fantastic help and advice via email before even looking at the tower to try and pinpoint the issue, prompt replies, quick upgrade and it really is a noticeable difference! Friendly service and I would highly recommend!

Replacement of heatsink and fan involved removal of mobo. Done in record time and walked through diagnostics with me so I understood everything done and was completely happy. Julian was also happy to help me with wireless card troubles too. Thanks.

Excellent service. Came out to my home straight away and set up my new Mac system for me. Julian downloaded everything from my old PC on to the Mac. Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in using him again. First class.
